Remove WEB Elements option is used to clean up WEB Part Pages when copying them between SharePoint locations or uploading them to Office 365. The option allows to strip elements of the pages (WEB Part, WEB Controls, the whole Namespaces or content groups) that cause the page to fail to render because of absence of some features in the destination.
